Monday block coaching 4.30 - 6pm (also Thursday 5-6pm): Our popular session swings back into action with a 15 min fitness session, 45 mins of training and then game time.
Adults
Adults Beginner (Paul): continuing session for emerging interclub players.
Individual adult coaching (Sean): Sean arranges individual coaching at a variety of levels.
Ladies
Ladies Beginner (Paul): New players looking to get established in the sport. Mondays at 6pm
Ladies Advanced Beginner (Paul): Predominantly interclub players looking to improve their level and engage in competition. Thursdays at 6pm.
Squash Fit
Both fitness and skills. Appropriate to players of all ability, fitness and age.
